The Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations (HL7N) executive leadership team consists of highly skilled individuals led by the Executive Director. The Executive Team is a group of Department Directors whose key responsibilities are planning, directing and coordinating of business activities of the organization. The Team is responsible for the strategic planning process and implementing a five-year, board-approved strategic plan creating an organizational culture aligned with the vision, mission, and philosophy of HL7N.
