Outpatient Mental Health Services

Substance use and mental health concerns often occur together. Our outpatient mental health services support adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, emotional or behavioral challenges, and other concerns that may affect recovery, school, relationships, and overall well-being.

Licensed mental health clinicians provide individualized, trauma-informed care under clinical supervision. When appropriate, mental health services are coordinated with substance use disorder treatment and medical care, so youth and families receive a more connected approach to healing.

Who We Serve

Outpatient mental health services may be appropriate for:

  • Adolescents experiencing mental health concerns that affect daily life, relationships, school, or recovery.
  • Youth experiencing both substance use and mental health concerns.
  • Youth transitioning from residential treatment who need continued support in the community.
  • Adolescents referred by families, healthcare providers, schools, Tribal programs, or community partners.

Benefits of Outpatient Mental Health Care

Outpatient services allow youth to receive ongoing behavioral health support while remaining connected to their families, schools, and communities. Treatment can help adolescents strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, address trauma and other mental health concerns, build healthier relationships, and develop tools that support long-term wellness and recovery.
